How the engagement runs

  1. Define the role

    We sit down with you and scope the work the role will carry: gift processing, donor records, prospect research, stewardship touches, grant calendars. We set it against what your team already covers, so the role fills a real gap rather than a vague one.

  2. Place and train

    A dedicated professional, trained in nonprofit fundraising operations, joins your team and works in your systems. Onboarding is structured and fast. Within weeks the work is moving, not still being explained.

  3. Supervise the work

    A seasoned F+H PARTNERS consultant oversees the role throughout. Output is reviewed on a regular rhythm, standards are held, and problems get caught early, before they reach your donors.

  4. Review and adjust

    We review the arrangement with you each quarter. Scale the role up, scale it down, or transition the work to an in-house hire when you are ready. The model serves your plan, not ours.

Who does the work

How fees work

Scoped as a flat monthly fee tied to the role and the hours, typically well below the fully loaded cost of a comparable hire. No placement fees, no markups, no surprises. We put the number in writing before the work begins.
