Meet Joe
Joe Flint is a seasoned nonprofit leader with more than four decades of experience in fundraising and annual giving strategy. He has led comprehensive campaigns, strengthened donor retention, and built lasting pipelines for major gifts across behavioral health, education, and human services organizations. Most recently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Turning Point Behavioral Health, Joe has also held senior development roles at Hadley, The Cradle, and the Dermatology Foundation. His thoughtful, people-centered approach helps organizations design giving programs that are both strategic and sustainable.
Meet Lisa
Lisa Merritt is a senior philanthropic strategist with over twenty years of experience leading high-performing fundraising teams and securing transformational gifts across higher education, science, sustainability, and the arts. She has personally closed more than $75 million in funding and is known for her ability to align bold ideas with visionary donors and partners. Most recently Vice President of Investments & Partnerships at My Green Lab, Lisa has also served as Chief Development Officer for Sigma Xi and Executive Director of Development at the University of Miami. Her collaborative, data-driven leadership helps organizations connect resources to ideas that create lasting impact.
